We manufacture reliable pre-cut and precision turned parts on state-of-the-art machinery. The combination of conventional and CNC-controlled single and multi-spindle technologies guarantees a cost-optimized production of the products.

We process steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and all other machining materials in the diameter range of 5- 250 mm.

As a serial manufacturer, our focus is on medium and large series. We are ideally equipped for batch sizes of 1,000 pieces and more and can reliably manufacture highly complex turned parts.

As a reliable supplier to the automotive industry, we do not tolerate defective parts. These standards are confirmed by our certification according to IATF 16949. The highly developed quality management system, as well as state-of-the-art sensors and measuring technology, guarantee the highest quality. 

External customers can also request that we check their products. We are able to fulfil this task according to their criteria using our automated, optical sorting systems.
